Read it a few years ago. Ever feel like a book was written just for you personally?! This one is it for me! Such an impression on my heart, my motives, the way I approach parenting and my role as a wife and mother. Life transforming for me!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03874503145630891327noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-316609090434513151.post-16215028284968222312011-02-23T23:29:56.067-05:002011-02-23T23:29:56.067-05:00yes, you are right, lots of people reading Ann'...yes, you are right, lots of people reading Ann's book. =0) (myself included!) I am loving it. Debra Bell's book was one first read when I started homeschooling. I love Sally Clarkson's books. I just reserved the Billy and Blaze books from the library. My oldest is a voracious reader and it is hard to keep up. I saw the "five children and it" book. I saw there was magic involved. Do you have any more insight with this? I am not a fan of magic but it depends on the books. (ie he reads most of the magic treehouse books, but not the ones with the magician) Thanks for the recommendations. =0)cooperkelly4https://www.blogger.com/profile/02849137566164878759noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-316609090434513151.post-80992774848689102692011-02-23T18:19:58.470-05:002011-02-23T18:19:58.470-05:00I just picked up '5 children & it' , b...I just picked up '5 children & it' , but wound up putting it back, for this week. We're in a catch up mode on other books we have 1/2 read. :)
Also, the book about computers and technology... wow, I've been recently reading the 25th anniversary edition of 'The Plug-in Drug.' Wow, someting really convicting about technology, and not all about content. Ann's book is one I'm saving, I don't to read when I'm not ready. She's amazing, pointing the way to God. So thankful she put it to paper. I'm also reading essay's from 'Recoverig the Ruins', a compilaton about Classical Christian Education. So, so interesting.
Always enjoy your posts, blessings be multiplied on you and yours ~ Laura Laura at By the Bushelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01756969603697972860noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-316609090434513151.post-45356740739560483572011-02-23T17:22:51.718-05:002011-02-23T17:22:51.718-05:00Thanks for these ideas!
